Dr. Elizabeth Ann Flaherty, MD

We arrived fifteen minutes late for my appointment due to the heavy traffic that was heavier than usually on Randall Road. There was no one in the waiting room or in the exam rooms and the lady at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful to my husband saying he would not been seen because he was late and that we would have to pay the $100 no show fee. This is what upset my husband, she was not professional at all because she asked him to leave and called the police. I witness her unprofessional behavior and thought she should have a least ask the doctor if he could have been seen but instead, she was yelling for him to leave. I have never seen anyone from the medical field treat a patient this way. There is a video of this event. My Husbands name Is Michael T.

Dr. Flaherty and her staff provided me with superior care during my two recent visits. She listened intently to my concerns and after a thorough examination determined what tests would be most beneficial in diagnosing my condition. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Flaherty overseeing my care as we move forward.
