Unprofessional and doesn’t feel like she cares about patient. I felt embarrassed asking her things as her answers always seemed almost defensive and condescending. Only appointment with her felt very rushed and felt like she didn’t care. I think she looked at me once. Very unhelpful overall, I had better luck with her PA (Lauren) who was very nice and patient. Overall, very disappointing and frustrating, especially since I was there for mental health.
