Practices INSURANCE FRAUD!!! SCAM ARTISTS! Will overcharge you for out of pocket costs and keep the money. I was a first time patient and staff said it would be $700 out of pocket for an in office ablation procedure. When discussing bills I kept getting from Phase II with my ins. Blue Cross, they sent me the EOB that showed the procedure was covered in full. BCBS contacted Claudia, the office manager and she called me right away to apologize for the year long oversight in billing. She said she would send a check out right away. It's now been over 1 year since procedure and over 6 weeks since Claudia said she would refund the money owed and nothing. Claudia and her office staff are no longer returning phone calls to BCBS or myself.

Dr. Graul is a very gentle, caring OB-GYN expert doctor! I was very impressed by the new medical information she shared, her gentle manner, and caring nature! Such a positive experience!

I went to Dr. Graul for help with my Pelvic Prolapse. She scheduled surgery, then without telling me, implanted a mesh device to correct the problem. I found out later that the mesh she used had been banned in the U.S. TWO years prior to my surgery. Complications arose, I needed the mesh removed in another surgery, I hemorrhaged and was rushed into another surgery, I then required 2 additional surgeries to remove scar tissue. Five surgeries to correct one problem. Now my anatomy is not normal and probably never will be. I have nothing good to say about Dr. Graul. I think she owes me my life back.

After a surgery done by Dr. Graul to repair a previous prolapse surgery where mesh had been installed, I found myself worse off than before. The surgery she recommended failed and she refused to admit the failure, even after 3 post surgery visits and my obviously worse condition. When I called another clinic to see what they thought I should now do, I was told that they would not see patients that Dr. Graul had worked on. Fortunately I did connect with a wonderful doctor at U of U who said she would have not even recommended surgery based on the answers to the question she asked me. Wonderful experience. Get more than one opinion. And read reviews.

Dr. Graul should not be doing hysterectomies where uterinel cancer is concerned. After going through one surgery, I was referred to a cancer specialist and was told that I needed a biopsy surgery to check my stomach and pelvic lymph glands. It was only 4 month ago that she performed my hystectomy and didn't do any biopsies for the lymph glands. I waited for 3 months for her to even get the lab results from the hospital to read them and know herself what they said. Such carelessness with people's lives. I have been going through all this mental strain since June, which should not have had to be that long. I would not endorse her to do any type of cancer surgery at all. She seems to step out of her field of expertise and knowledge.

I went to doctor Graul after having a horrible experience with another urologist. So I was so frightened to start any new treatment. Dr Graul is always so kind and patient and has really helped me. I love her staff and trust her with my treatment.

Dr. Graul was very easy to talk to and an attentive listener. I felt that whe cared about me as a person and spent the time I needed answering my questions. I appreciated the short time in the waiting room. The staff is friendly and professional.

Dr. Graul is a no nonsense Dr. I love that she explains things plain and simple. She doesn't talk just to hear herself. She listens to what I have to say and answers me in plain English. She was very understanding of my problems and gave me sound advise. I like that I am in and out of her office without a big wait. She and her staff made me feel welcome and important. A pain free process.
