We arrived 11 minutes late for my son's well visit. I'd called the office (2x) the day prior due to vomiting, diarrhea, and temps. between 100- 102.5. Upon arrival, I was being checked in and then, alerted that we needed to reschedule due to being late, although it was still within the 15 minute grace period. Dr. Haile would not see my son in spite of my plea and concerns about him not feeling well. I understand the symptoms were not alarming to an experienced physician, but a 1st time mom whose 3 year hasn't been feeling well or himself for 3 days isn't going to be view things the same. I simply wanted her to see by son to ensure he was okay. Instead, I was told there was no one in the office available to see him and the only available appointment was across town, although the office didn't close until 5. It was extremely frustrating, disappointing, and disheartening that the 15 minute grace period wasn't honored and that she didn't care enough to see him. She could have likely… determined within 3 minutes (as they usually do) that he had a virus. When I received a call from the office manager the next day, there was never an apology, mainly just we could schedule another appointment, if I would have liked to. Of course, I declined. I wish she would have showed a bit more empathy the day of the appointment and even called herself. It was very clear to me that it was something that she didn't want to be bothered with.

Dr.Haile is truly a blessing to my children Makaila & MaLeah! MaLeah was born by induction when I was 32 weeks and had a real issue with keeping formula down! After 1 visit to Dr. Haile she diagnosed her, put her on an excellent formula and meds for acid reflux. I found that she strives for excellence and thus she has succeeded several times over! Her office staff are awesome! They're friendly, courteous, and professional. My oldest daughter left her pediatrician by my choice to see Dr Haile. I'm confident of her decisions 100%! Thx Dr. Haile for all you do to help my children stay healthy! Ur truly Phenominal and Our Blessing!
