very dirty, very disrespectful, and the front office staff is very rude. Had to wait hours every visit and the dentist didn't even show up for the last appointment!!!!

Came here due to insurance & we're new to the area so no clue is good or bad. First impression, looks like a Goodwill office. Old leather couch and rabbit ear TV. Receptionist is far from friendly & can't even tell if anyone is at the counter to check you in. Was told no parents allowed, ok fine but here are the issues with each kid. Had their cleaning. One kid was given a temp bond on a tooth till the next appointment to fix it. It fell off during the night. Month later at appointment to fix, another type of bond put on. It lasted 3 days. I called twice in a week and finally a call back. Receptionist was rude and it seemed as if I was bothering her. Explained the issue. After a LOT of quiet and umms it was finally stated that she'd have to speak with the dentist to see what's the next step. It's been over a month. Reported to insurance and moving onto another dentist.

The office was ugly and dirty, the secretary was not friendly and kind and we stayed for 3 hours and 15 minutes just for a check up. She usually takes long long time to see the patients, because she does not have enough help, so the kids are waiting for ever. I am not going to come back to this place.
