Dr. Elizabeth Sabrina Ibanez, PhD

Several years ago I visited her in time of need and I am so glad I did. I am planning to do so again. Since the very beginning I felt easy to communicate with her. I tried to show my true emotions feeling that I was not being judge. I felt empathy and to this day there are things that she told me that I still question on myself. I have seen several psychologists during my life but never felt so at ease as I did with Dr. Ibanez.

I sought Dr. Ibanez out after having enough of what I felt was torturing sadness and despair. I couldn’t have picked a better psychologist for someone like myself who is quite private, hard to reach and somewhat defensive by nature. To save you from a laundry list of problems you don’t want to hear, just know that she truly helped crack all of those fears, insecurities, anxieties and sometimes mysteries wide open and then guided me gently and with true care towards healing each and every single one of them with patience. She’s truly a gem in a field that seems flooded by those that don’t genuinely care. I gained the courage for the first time in 29 years of life to move past therapy and I don’t think I could have done that without her expert knowledge, gentle nature and genuine care. I feel forever grateful to Dr. Ibanez. She deserves 10 STARS ??
