Dr. Elizabeth M Kim, MD

Dr. Kim has been my doctor for almost 30 years. I highly recommend her, she's consistently caring, efficient, and treats her patients with dignity.

I have been a patient of Dr Kim's for many years and I have found her to be a great doctor. However, I have always been concerned about the quality of her reception staff. And, it has only gotten worse recently... to the point that I feel that I have to leave... well actually they've given me little choice. I was out of the area for 2 years while my husband was on a sabbatical. I called to make an appointment when I returned and was told they would call me back... but never did. I called again and was told that my file had been put in storage and hence I might be considered a new patient (it had only been two years) and hence they might not be able to take me back but the rude desk person would talk to the doc and get back to me about it. I never heard back. I left a nasty voicemail complaining about not being called back again... and I've never heard back. I've seen this doc for years on a PPO... this is ridiculous..... I'm having to seek a new doc. Dr Kim is great but until… she gets back help staff don't go. I truly and so disappointed and disheartened. I have to wait a year to get an annual from a new doc which is really concerning as I was expected that my doc of many years would welcome me back. Dr. Kim... give me a call if you want to fix things.... our daughters when to Laguna together.
