Doctor Kim was very professional and caring

1. She cancelled 2 first appointments which resulted in almost 6 month wait until I saw her so that when we sought authorization I was denied because I had not tried treatments for 6 months. 2 Despite being responsible for the denial, she refused to appeal. 3 I appealed and had to wait 4 months to get a surgery date. 4. One week before surgery she cancelled me because she was "risk adverse" because I was on coumadin. Duh..I have been on it for 25 years and she knew it. All told, I wasted 15 months. Onto a better surgeon. Total elapsed time will now be 20 months.

Best surgeon in SoCal, best bedside manners and incredible staff. After nursing for four and half years my breast were in terrible shape. After my diagnoses of early star breast cancer, it was recommended that I get a double mastectomy. I was referred to dr. Kim, and of course after consulting with her and meeting he staff, I was assured I would be under the best care. I cannot even imagine what it would have been like without her help, advice, and reassurance -- she has been truly incredible in every way. In a very dark process she’s been a rare bright spot.

I have gotten so many compliments since Dr. Kim "refreshed" my face--the best kind, that I look 10 years younger and what did I do? Love her and her staff

Dr. Elizabeth Kim's work is amazing, I would recommend her to anyone who needs breast augmentation, revision or reduction. And Cynthia and Nicole are very professional with answering questions, working with insurance and scheduling. I'm very happy with my results!
