First thing, I have a child, and would have to sit in the office sometimes until midnight! Dr. Kortz was a great Doctor when she was there. Most of the time the only person there was here so-called nurse that didn’t have a license! Also, she was so drugged up all of the time she couldn’t keep her eyes open! She was also getting drugs from patients. I seen it with my own eyes! If anyone should be in jail, she should!!!!!

I seen Dr. Kortz for about 2 years. All I was ever prescribed was Suboxone. I thought Dr. Kortz was a great Doctor at first. Then it got worse & worse. I feel like one of the major problems was the so called nurse. She was so doped up on anything & everything! She was getting drugs from patients. I seen it with my own eyes, and 97% of the time, she was the only one working there. She would sleep there because she was too messed up to drive home! Dr. Kortz seemed like a good Doctor if she would have had a licensed nurse. The so called Nurse was trying to take blood from me, and I looked over and she was digging in my arm with the needle and I had to tell her to STOP!!! The so called nurse in my opinion should be the one in jail instead of Dr. Kortz. I don’t see how she didn’t get put in jail! She should be in jail right along with the other ones!!!!!

The only person that would give her aI'good reviewher doped up "wanna be"RN RECEPTIONIST , she can't even do withal signs, much less keep her head up because she is so doped up, this is an honest review! I have seen so many unethical things happen there, I am a nurse but never let them know because I called the medical board on herSHAME ON YOU!!

Dr.Kortz is a very caring Doctor. The so called nurse doesn't have a nurse license. But all she does is check vitals and call in prescriptions!! Dr. Kortz has 5 kids, and if she isn't there, her husband Matthew is there looking over the practice. You do have to wait a while. But that's only but because there is one person doing everything. In my opinion,Dr. Kortz is an outstanding Doctor that cares a lot about her patience!

To see the dr the Total time of visit is over 4 hours. I've been there longer the two times I have been.

She does not get to the office until 5:30 PM or 7:30 PM and you do not get out of there until 11:00 PM that is ridiculous I only go because I can't find another doctor to give me sleeping medicine but I am in the process of looking for one.

If you want to get narcotic script this is the place to go! Her receptionist has no nursing degree and she starts iv'so and collects blood, also charts inappropriate comments about you. MINIMUM WAIT IS 3 HOURS!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE! If the Dr. Or her family is sick she will take your copay and then say Dr. Is sick! And not give copay back because "no refunds" Actually seen that happen! Makes up diagnosis to be able to give out controlled narcotics! DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. THE RECEPTIONIST IS ENOUGH TO TURN PEOPLE AWAY, THE DR. DOES NOT RESPECT YOUR TIME NOR CONDITION!!

I have a friend who goes to this doctor and says all these things that others have said. She doesn't get to work till it is convenient for her. The staff is not qualified, and my wife is a nurse so I know how people are supposed to act in a medical condition. He waited till 10pm. to see her and he got there at 5pm. The Fritz clinic people are as nice as can be. The doctors do take time with their patients because they have enough doctors to see them. I was at my appointment for 20 min. In and out that fast. The doctors know you and as long as you are following what u should be everything is great there. U shouldn't have to put up with these conditions. Just a recommendation but try Fritz Clinic out, it is definitely worth your time and dignity. I am so sorry to you people who have to deal with this atrocities! You have the right to choose your own doctor and this one is not at the top, or middle,or bottom. It is worse. I am sorry, truly.
