Condescending and uncaring. These two sentiments comes through clearly during my first visit with her. I have always seen the PA and often wondered why the staff in general on my first and subsequent visits appeared so abrupt and disinterested in the patient. Now that I met the doctor, I can see why. An organization is a reflection of those who leads it. When you are truly ill, you need to at LEAST feel like those who are treating you care, even if they don't. This is not the doctor you want to see if you are truly ill, she and her staff will not care or even remember your name. Truly disappointing.

I visited her once after my doctor retired. She was cold and abrupt. She did not review my history and made incorrect assumptions. I felt like a specimen being processed. Worst medical encounter I have ever had. I immediately changed to a physician outside this practice.

Exceptionally poor bedside manner. Doesn't show genuine concern. Rude. Always quick to point out that she knows more than you and fails to entertain any suggestions you may have. The rest of the staff are great!

She was mean and arrogant!!! Honestly cannot believe she has any patients!!!

Dr. Kozak has seen me through some difficult health issues. I wouldn't have anyone else.

I saw this physician only because I was not able to see my usual internist following a trip. I found her 'bedside manner' to be very UNcaring. At no time did she smile or make me feel in the least bit comfortable--or welcome--as a person or patient. I can only describe her behavior as 'abrupt and rude.'Likewise, she did NOT follow up with my PCP as promised re: a couple of questions which required that I call the office yet again the following morning!! As a woman who is a 'product of the '60s' this sort of thing probably upsets me more than most. It has been SO wonderful to see woman 'allowed' into the fields of medicine, law, etc. etc. However, when I have an experience such as the one I just described, it is VERY disconcerting!!

Many times I have brought in a list of symptoms or concerns, she doesn't take the time to review or listen and dimisses my concerns. She loves to prescribe medicine without knowing the cause of the symptom(s). It's quite obvious she doesn't like what she does and can't wait to get onto the next patient.

Not a very caring doctor. Pretends to though. Spends alot of time giving out presciptions. Not very warm or empathetic.
