Dr. Elizabeth Kronlage, DO

Dr. Kronlage is friendly and very professional, knowledgeable. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns. Nothing is about her but only about me, the patient. She never put on an act like so many specialists do, and I appreciate her for being in the room at 100%. I came to see Dr. Kronlage because of leg swelling caused by a collection of years of too much lymph fluid. I understood quickly that treatments are no overnight miracle and they take time and patience but well worth it.  My energy is back and I feel great. I observed Dr. Kronlage and I can tell that it's no easy work but she does it with grace, care and great knowledge. I feel so blessed to have Dr. Kronlage as my Osteopathic doctor. It's nice to be able to reach out to her during week-days, if needed. She always has been on time, and her office is very clean, warm and pleasant. I must say that my overall experience is wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Kronlage to any friend or family member.

Great bedside manner, OMT treatments help significantly

I visit Dr. Kronledge for body manipulation. I have seen many practitioners over the years, and can highly recommend Dr. Kronledge.

I just left Dr Kronlage's office I went to see her for uncontrolled back pain she spent 5 minutes with me. During our time she never completed a physical assessment of me she simply placed me on a steroid pill and muscle relaxer then sent me home, I could barely walk to her exam room and to not even look at my back completely floored me, I would not recommend her at all.

Got tired of waiting for a call back for an emergency, went to urgent care. Over 6 hrs. wait. When I called the office I was told by the receptionist I am not her only patient. I am looking for a new Dioc.

I always leave appointments with Dr. Kronlage feeling that I have imposed on her time. She seems arrogant and aloof. Also, she is quick to provide referrals, but forgets or does not want to sign them rendering them useless.

Dr. Kronlage made a poor effort to formally introduce herself, and provide a decent welcoming for me as her patient. She did not directly speak to me and provided short, incomplete answers to my general questions for my specific needs. Her vocabulary regarding medical terminology was impressive, however, the terminology she used is foreign language for me, if you will; thus making it difficult and uncomfortable to ask further specific questions to her in return. No probing questions were ever asked. No rapport was attempted. Unfriendly tone. No recap was initiated after the assumed diagnose was made. Midway through the exam, she departed without communicating her actions, treatments or diagnosis. Dr. Kronlage did not return to the office for over one hour. I had to leave the room and find a nurse to find out what medications I was prescribed, and was unable discuss further health issues that had been ongoing. I made Dr. Kronlage's staff aware of this issue; Dr. Kronlage later contacted… my(seventeen year old) brother's cell phone (who is not legally authorized to receive patient information, and is not affiliated with my household) and left a message expressing her apology for my poor experience. The overall lack of friendliness, communication, professionalism and organization is astounding. I recommend Dr. Kronlage to further her training in customer courtesy and business techniques. I absolutely would not recommend Dr. Kronlage, and do not plan to return to her as a patient, nor does my husband, or other close relatives.
