Very lazy physician. I had a cardiac MRI read by this physician and I will say it’s the worst cMRI write up I have seen. Having worked in cardiology for the past 13 years, I expect a cardiac MRI to assess more than what you could find from a medical chart. She simply wrote “pacemaker and ASD closure present”. Thank you for this amazing insight that I never knew (sarcasm). And her LGE assessment was of 1 ventricle… last I recall there are 2 and LGE is the gold standard for diagnosing atrial arrhythmias as well such as AF, yet no assessment of the atria. Unsure why she felt it not necessary for a congenital atrial deformity patient to only assess 1 ventricle and 0 atria. This lacks common sense. Zero measurements were noted for chamber size, wall thickness, or EF, all very basic measurements. This physician put patients at risk with her incomplete review.
