Dr. Elizabeth Shokoui Hicks, MD

I switch to Dr. Hicks two years ago, and it was a great move. She listens to what I have to say. She concerned with my health.

Dr. Leong is personable and she will listen but thats as far as it goes. Office is difficult to get an appointment, Dr and staff lack professionalism while with patients. Dr. does not understand depression /seasonal affect. Recieved no help after repeated visits. Thankfully saw Dr. Vance who helped. Leong now leaving and office didn't inform me when asked for someone new in office.

Would not recommend, quality of care very poor.

Having been new to the area I was worried about finding a Physician that would treat me well..... in the manner of which I was accustomed. I wanted to find someone that is caring, kind, compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable and just plain nice. I found all of this in Dr. Leong, along with a sense of humor. I look forward to my visits with this amazing lady.

Isn't pet friendly, wanted a note saying my pet provides emotional support after having ptsd but was prescribed depression medicane instead, spent very short time addressing my needs for being a client who needs help. Very insensitive.
