Elizabeth is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 6 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping others improve their mental health, relationships, and day-to-day sense of purpose in life. Providing tailored mental health care to clients, she has experience working with a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. Previously, she has worked at intensive psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR), outpatient, and residential treatment facilities in which she provided crisis stabilization, short-term treatment, and long-term inpatient mental health care to adults with severe and persistent mental illness and forensic backgrounds. Additionally, she has worked as a counselor in an outpatient setting with adults, adolescents, and couples working to improve relationships, communication, emotional regulation skills, depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions.
