Dr. Elizabeth Pauley Lowe, MD

Dr. Elizabeth Lowe is a excellent doctor. She took time and explain to me about my procedures. She also performed surgery on my 91 year old mother. I highly recommend Dr. Lowe to anyone who is need of excellent surgeon.

I see the office staff is the main issue here, and I really hope the Dr looks into her reviews so she can correct this issues. The Dr herself is lovely, I really like her. At my initial office visit I was the first appt @ 8:30am. After the Dr looked at my issue she walked me past an office of the woman who would schedule my procedure. This woman was not at her desk, I had to sit in the waiting room again for another 15-20 mins until she was ready. Two weeks later I had my procedure at Surgical Center, went very well and I was pleased. Again, love the DR. Two weeks after that I was to come in for my follow up visit in office. I arrived again 8:30am first appointment. I noticed there is about 6 other people already waiting. At 9am I overhear a woman say she was also scheduled at 8:30 and someone else says they are 8:45. They come out and take the other 8:30 woman back and then the 8:45, I am still in waiting room. 9:05 I ask the front desk how far they are behind because I really need to… get to work. She says "Oh, you're next and the Dr will be right in". So they take me back. I sit in the room until 9:20 when staff comes in to tell me THE DR ISN'T EVEN THERE! I understand she is a surgeon so things come up, but how UNPROFESSIONAL to not tell your patients that so they can decide if they want to wait or not!! Now I have to make up 2 hours at work FOR NOTHING! I left without seeing the Dr, and I WILL NOT BE BACK!

Terrible service. Long wait. Dr Lowe is nice but seemed to be in a hurry. Office manager, Rose is very rude and unprofessional, not only to patients but also to her staff. Something needs to be done.

Not a good experience. Wait time over 45 minutes. Paid pre surgical cost over 100.00. Medicare paid the rest. Couldn't staff to give me the out of pocket cost so I cancelled the procedure. Wrote a letter to ask for a refund, no replied. Next step small claims court. Too bad.

The doctor was absolutely WONDERFUL ! Can't say enough good things.

i went to dr. lowe for years now , she has helped me through difficult surgies , hemmoroids removed, colonoscopy, her partner dr.s are just as good i would reccomend tristate surgeons to anyone, the best care that you can count on
