I love going to Dr. Lyons! She explains things so well and is so genuine. She is very knowledgeable and makes my options clear. She gives her professional opinion and is straight-forward without being pushy. Would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Lyons was extremely compassionate and thorough when helping me to solve the mystery of my ongoing pain. She was knowledgeable about both diagnosis and treatment. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a rheumatologist.

This is one of the worst doctors that I have ever taken my mother to. She didn't even speak to me when she came into the room, but she spoke to my mother and shook her hand. She came in the room with messed up hair and looked like she had just gotten up out of the bed, very unprofessional. When my mom needed a refill on her medicine, I had to keep playing phone tag with her nurse. In the end, she never called my mom's refill into the pharmacy. My mom has autoimmune diseases and can't do without this medicine. Her staff was rude and not to mention messed up on my mom's medication list, which a copy of the medications were right in front of the nurse to copy. How easy is that? It is mistakes like this that can harm a patient. She's unprofessional and so is her staff. She and her staff were a complete nightmare to deal with!

I saw her one time...she slap a broad diagnosis quickly, and walked out. I am not sure if that is because "she's good" or "she doesn't care." Diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia. I have never seen her since (she said I didn't need to follow-up); even though she put me on like 3 medications. She just keeps refilling them without seeing me. I had drug interactions, and couldn't see her because she was maternity leave, so I had to discontinue the meds. Now, I am changing doctors.

This is the worst doctor office I have ever attempted to make an appointment with. My PCP had to fax my records three times, it took a week to review my records and no one called me back after it was done. They denied to see me based on the wrong insurance when I had already told them I had a different insurance. After receiving my new insurance the doctor they do accept it but now my records have to be faxed again. It has been over a month and I have gotten no where with this office. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
