Dr. Madarang listened about my pain experience that I had two weeks earlier. She had me go to the lab to have some blood drawn. She explained what these tests would reveal so that she can better help me. I received the test results within 24 hours and her comments of the test results. She advised that I come in to see her when I have that pain again to get a better idea of what is going on.

I saw Dr Madarang the first time for a quickie appt to establish care with her and get my meds refilled because of an insurance change. I called a month later and scheduled an appt because I had 2 suspicious moles. I had to play phone tag for 2 days to get the appt. The phone calls go to a call center which may not be on site. I scheduled time off from work because I couldn't get an appt that worked with the DR's schedule. A week before the appt the office called to cancel the appt because the was out on leave. I had to reschedule with a dermatologist and could not get in for 3 months. Again I scheduled time off. Their office called me a month later and had an opening the next day. I took the appt but lost more time at work. I called Dr Madarangs office 3 months prior so I could get a proper physical. When I called I was immediately put on hold without the phone being answered. I was on my lunch break. I spent 37 minutes on hold before they answered. I work in a medical call center… and we answer on the second ring. I tried to schedule the appt and was told the Dr would be on medical leave. That's six months! Then I could not get an appt time on the day I wanted. This is 3 months in advance! I was so disgusted I am changing providers.

Dr. Madarang is the most caring, professional, interested doctor I've ever been to. She truly CARES about her patients and wants them to get healthy. She works with other doctors in the system to provide the most advanced care possible. I've been her patient for more than 5 years and will keep coming back!!
