Dr. Elizabeth Madore, DO

Dr. Elizabeth Sheena John Madore is a gastroenterologist with GIA. She performs routine GI procedures such as upper endoscopies, colonoscopies, pill capsule endoscopies, specialized esophageal testing (motility studies/manometry, Endoflip and esophageal pH monitoring), push enteroscopies, and ERCPs. She uses these tests in the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal disorders, colon cancer screening, iron deficiency anemia, occult gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer disease, inflammatory bowel disease, constipation, diarrhea, biliary obstruction, gastroparesis, IBS, and functional disorders. She has a special interest in esophageal diseases (such as trouble swallowing / dysphagia, reflux disease, Barrett’s esophagus, strictures), colon cancer prevention, IBS. She also has a particular interest in preventative care of the gut which has been deemed the “second mind”, the mind-gut axis, and dietary modifications.
