From my first scheduling phone call to reading the uplifting book in the lobby about butts, I immediately felt welcomed. Dr. McConnell's private exam room included more books I connected with and then she shared more I needed to learn. I am eager for my very first colonoscopy. Her office was my 3rd attempt and I am so relieved to discover them!

I visited 2 other practices concerning abscess with little explanation and treatment plan. I then contacted Dr. McConnell. The staff was great, got me in immediately (right before Xmas). Dr McConnell examined me and had a plan immediately. Surgery went great. I am in the process of healing and every time I have a question or concern they answer and accommodate my needs. She is simply the best! I’m so happy I went to her. She is very knowledgeable and proficient in her surgical skills. I absolutely trust her completely. She is very experienced. She will give you complete and strict instructions to follow. If you follow her post operative instructions there will be, absolutely, no issues. She gave me my quality of life back. Highly recommended.

I've seen Dr McConnell several times over the past few years. Colonoscopies are a scary prospect, let's face it, but she and her staff remove the anxiety through professionalism, compassion, and explanation. If you've been putting it off, do yourself a favor and book it through Dr McConnell. You'll be in good hands.

Dr McConnell did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her. I have been to other doctors who never seemed to resolved my issue and she was able to perform the procedure that will give me back my quality of life.

I read this in her office. She actually has a poem written by a patient sitting on the front desk. I felt the same way she really made a difference. I had seen many other surgeons who specialized in colon and rectal but no one recognized the fissure that prevented me from stooling. I now have "anal happiness" as she calls it. I had a 10 am appt. This is after they canceled two appoints prior. SIGN #1. I finally was put in a room at 11 am. About 15 minutes later an assistant came in to talk about anesthesia and realized she was in the wrong room. SIGN #2. Many signs does it take? I walked out at 11:20 and still hadn't seen the doctor. Message to self - get out while the getting is still good!! Done!

In the operating room and Unconscious other doctors who are not in network that you were never told about come in and do the job that you think you hired her to do do not trust this doctor she is a lunatic

Wow. The whole staff was proffessional, kind and courteous. I felt like part of the family. For such an invasive proceedure, I was at ease the whole time. I wish all doctors were like this. The energy was peaceful. You can Tell that all the employees are happy and truly love their jobs.
