Dr. Elizabeth Lynn Meyering, MD

Poor. I went in for a new patient consult and literally the first thing she said to me in the room was “ you don’t have anemia, I’m not sure what I can help you with that your primary care hasn’t already done”. She did not inquire about why I was there, my hx, my symptoms, my challenges. Displayed irritation and was argumentative. I filed a formal complaint, I have never been treated like this before, very unprofessional. Felt as though she came in with pre-judgement. Would not recommend.

I met with Dr Meyering for the first time today, after feeling rushed and brushed off by my former oncologist. I had so many questions and concerns, and she took a great deal of time answering every last one of them in great detail, while also being very warm and caring and personable. I had a lot of anxiety which is gone now, and seeing her felt like a major weight lifted off of my shoulder. Cancer still sucks but sucks a great deal less with a knowledgeable, caring and attentive oncologist. Thank You!
