Dr.Kim thank you. I always think about you. You gave me longer life by removing my cancer. I am now almost 2 1/2 years cancer free. Thank you so much for the difference you make in the lives of your patients. Your kindness, sincere caring and the time you take to explain in layman terms is so appreciated. Dr. Elizabeth Kim is one of the most compassionate, loveable and down to earth doctor I have ever met. Her smile is contagious. The way she explains how she will do the surgery is so easy to understand!!! she does not use big medical words that they are difficult to understand. I wish that no women or men would get breast cancer but if you find yourself with this disease please go anywhere she is at. I will close with as she used to tell me "God bless you" Dr. Kim I miss you!

You hope it never happens to you, but when you get that diagnosis of cancer, you pray for the best possible care. Dr. Kim was the answer to my prayers. From the moment I stepped into her office that first time and she had a huge "Welcome Mary" on her whiteboard, until she left Sutter for bigger things and said I could still reach her through her nurse, Alma for any further questions, I felt she had my health and fears as her top priority. She explained the entire procedure including treatment, with language I was able to understand. She used humor when I was especially fearful to allay my worries. She always made me feel as if I was her only patient and ended each visit with, "what else can I do for you?" I am very fortunate to have been treated by Dr Kim, but more importantly she always remarked back, "No, I am very fortunate to have been able to take care of you!"

I am 10 days post op from a mastectomy and I am 100% certain now just as I was in the beginning, that I am lucky enough to have the best Dr. in the area. Dr. Kim is extremely rare because she is not only a brilliant surgeon, but her bedside manner is second to none. You truly feel like you are the only patient in her world when she is with you, and I never left her with any question unanswered. She is brilliant, caring, and just overall the best Dr. I've ever had the honor of being under the care of! And trust me, confidence in your dr. is the most important thing when you are facing something as scary as breast cancer! And, on a side note, her nurse Alma is the best too!!

Dr. Kim is an EXCEPTIONAL doctor. There are not many doctors around who fit in her category. I would rate her up there as one of the best. She is kind and gentle, and you can tell she really genuinely cares about her patients. I have received care from her a few times, and my experience has always been nothing but wonderful. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Elizabeth Kim is the best of the best. She is so sweet and caring, a truely genuine person. She took the time to explain how the surgery went to my husband while I was in recovery. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor.

Dr. Kim took such good care of me. She helped me through one of the toughest times in my life. I had breast cancer & she performed my bilateral mastectomy. She took the time to explain all my options, comfort me whenever I was upset & even comforted my family & answered all their questions. She took GREAT care of me and did an amazing job. I'll never forget her compassion & competence.
