Staff is nice but Dr Bortfeld couldn't be less unapproachable and friendly. No one likes going to the dentist...and knowing you have to see her makes it worse. Also didn't fill a cavity of mine properly and I had to go back and have it fixed. Basically, there are better dentists

After having been a patient at Dr. Leidl's for years, Dr. Bortfeld took over and caused havoc. My favorite dentist, Dr. Giuseppe, was let go and the office staff was rudely let go. Never would I allow that woman to be my dentist after seeing the way she treats staff.

Minimal wait time; pleasant staff; pleasant Dr,.....can't think of any negatives at all.

I went to this facility for cleaning and after a year they are sending me the invoce that i am unabl to understand. I asked for explination and they agreed to have someone call me and provide explination. The staff at the reception is rude and lied about series of events. This facility should be cancelled or should be transferred to someone who have a good track record. I would not recommend this place to anyone
