Dr. Elizabeth C. Pearce is a Maine-born otolaryngologist (ENT) providing patient-centered ear, nose, throat, voice and airway care at PearceMD. A Yarmouth High School alum and Williams College graduate (2003), she earned her MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2009 and completed her residency in Otolaryngology — Head and Neck Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2015. After seven years with Maine Medical Partners Otolaryngology serving Portland, Bridgton, and Biddeford, Dr. Pearce opened PearceMD in 2022 to deliver a simpler, more accessible model
