Dr. Elizabeth Zumwalt Perez, MD

Dr. Perez was very thorough. Both she and her nurse talked in an understandable manner. It was an efficient practice with no waiting around.

I have been a patient of doctor Perez for over 14 years, first in Burlington and then followed her to Copley hospital. She is caring and knowledgeable. .

I have been a patient of Dr. Perez for just about every year she's been in practice. And I can't say enough good things about here and David, as they keep my body free of kidney stones and related issues.

Dr.Perez has operated on me several times after another doctor messed me up. I still see her for on going issues and she is always on top of things. She is worth the trip to where she practices. Love her

This is a urologist that does not treat patients with PBS/IC. No concern for patient pain level or welfare. Rude, dishonest, and not recommended.

Outstanding physician, real person.

It is delightful when you encounter a physician who has both an excellent "bedside" manner and excellent knowledge in their area of expertise. Having a Doctor really listen to you and be responsive to your needs seems to be a rare occurrence, but Dr. Perez was incredibly attentive and informative, sensitive and empathetic. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Just awful. This woman butchered my husband's operation and the follow up care was nonexistent. She completely cut in the wrong place! We had no help as he spent months suffering. She is incredibly rude and insensitive. When we tried to find a malpractice lawyer we couldn't make a case because of the logistics and costs but the lawyer knew who she was right away and her lousy reputation. Wish I could give less than one star!

Perez let a patient fall through the cracks so to speak. Diagnosed bladder cancer at second visit, 5 attempts to insert stents over 4 1/2 months, NEVER had put in her patient records that she treated/tried to remove cancer even though there was a pathology report at the hospital, said patient did not need chemo or radiation, asked for nephrologist to be involved in the case and told not necessary, only scoped once after to follow up......result? total kidney failure, massive surgeries, illeal conduit, bladder removal, 6 weeks in hospital and then weeks in nursing homes and by that time no one else could undo what she failed to do finally resulting in death way too early! I agree with previous report by patient---she did not appear to listen to patient concerns. Too bad there is not a star for less than poor! Horror story!

My experience with Dr. Perez was horrible. I have been to many doctors and she is by far the worst doctor whom I have ever met. She is unprofessional, uncaring and not a good listener. I would say one thing and she would repeat back a completely different thing. When I was suffering with chronic pain, I was fragile. Her rude responses and lack of empathy were extremely difficult for me during the most difficult time of my life. I have since been to other kind doctor's who were able to manage my pain.
