Dr. Elizabeth Daniel Persky

I was scheduled with a newer dentist and a dental assistant that was fresh out of school and did not know what she was doing. I was in the chair for over three hours for one tooth to be drilled out! Never have I ever sat in a chair for one simple procedure that long. She let the (experienced) Dental Assistant cement in my temp crown, she did a horrible job. It was sharp, cut my tongue, was uneven, rough and too small. She knew it was crap and still let me leave with it. She told me, "Just don't floss it, honey. Or else you'll be back in here and I'll have to cement it back in." Then when I went back to have it fixed by Dr. Persky, she only filed it down a bit. I was still left with a horrible temporary tooth while I waited over two weeks for my perm crown to be in. When it did come it, the newer dentist discovered I did need a root canal after all. THEN she referred me to an Endodontics office who was scheduling over three weeks out! Even though it was obvious I was in… great pain. OH....it gets better....when I did finally get in for my perm crown...it was wrong! And I have to wait anther two weeks. After I finally spent many visits to her office and two to the Endo (I ended up going to another office that got me in the next day). Many hours of missed work, I get this $11 bill in the mail and then received another charging me $1 every two weeks it remained unpaid. If you enjoy spending your days in a dentist chair, make an appointment. If you enjoy getting additional bills because someone misquoted the amount, make an appointment.

She pays attention to every little detail, is so thorough, and so caring. Her staff is great too.
