Robin has not confirmed orders were sent to JMC despite 2 calls from family to request these orders be sent ASAP. Today I requested these orders be refaxed for the 3rd time. This has created a delay in care for an elderly frail patient who needs a biopsy.

the office crew is great and Dr Reich is a wonderful and caring Dr. I just wish i started with her years ago to avoid all the other bad experience i had with others that were treating me. she is totally awesome.
