See you every six months 'cause that's my job-don't ask for more . You would think that in the role of oncologist, such a critical position, that some closeness or personalization would take place in between appointments. Had a bone scan & the report of the scan was never shared with me by doctor or the nurse practitioner . What was the importance of the scan as apparently the info wasn't important enough to share with the patient. Also she only has office hours on Tuesdays ?

Dr. Rosvold has been treating me for cancer since 2002. She has been a wonderful and well informed manager of my case. Her office staff is superb; friendly and efficient.

I am writing on behalf of my father who unfortunately has died because of Dr Rosvold. My father had small cell lung cancer that was confined to one lung at the time he went to her for treatment. He was marked for his radiation and he was so relieved to know that the cancer had not spread. On the day radiation was to begin my father excitely asked her "so since the cancer is confined what are we looking at" she responded well unfortunately the cancer spread to your spine so you are looking at 3-6 months and radiation has been cancelled. We were all in shock and asked her was she sure. She said that her conclusion was based on tests done prior to his radiation and yes she was sure. We were devasted and she was as cold as they come. My father went for a second opinion which could not be scheduled for several weeks. It was then that we found out that the cancer did not spread to his spine and that it was arthritis in his spine. Unfortunately due to his delay in treatment and the… agressiveness of small cell, a small spot had spread to his adrenal gland. None the less he now had advanced lung cancer and his options were limited. Her negligence and lack of humanity caused this. People would tell my father to sue her and he refused. He said that she was only human and people make mistakes. This mistake will shorten my life but she is only human. He made us all promise not to pursue this after he was gone. He was an amazing man who I loved dearly. I however am not that forgiving, I will never understand how she could've been so coldhearted. It may have been a little easier to forgive her if only she had cared. Just for the record my father's cancer never went to his spine up until the day he died. He was only 57 years old and I miss him every day of my life
