THIS DR ELIZABETH RUPP HAVE NO IMPASSIVE, NO IMPENITENT, SHE'S VERY ARROGANT, UNCARING SURGEON. SHE DOESNT CARE IF YOUR BODY HEALED OR NOT. SHE'S RUDE.YOU DO NOT WANT HER TO OPERATE ON YOU,SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU WELL BEING. KAISER SHOULD NOT HAVE HER ON THE KAISER TEAM SHEMAKES THE WHOLE KAISER LOOK BAD.... I HAD TO CHANGE LOCATION ALL BECAUSE OF HER.

I saw 7 doctors and none was up to the task in doing my surgery even though i was in extreme pain. However rupp was definitely up to it and even performed it the same week after seeing how much pain i was in. A true profesional. Taking off the staples after was quick and pain free, mind you i had over 30 of them.

Dr. Rupp doesn't care her patients tolerance of pain. I had a traumatic experience on my follow up visit after my surgery. She didn't care even if I'm shouting in pain while removing my staples and stiches. She didn't bother to say any word at all to ease my pain not even "sorry " or stop for a while for me to take a deep breath. I even told her i could not stand the pain if she could spray a topical anesthesia or pain reliever and her response was "to remove this No" and continue what she's doing. Finally i asked her "can i have a break?" She stop for a while then continue again without asking if I'm okay. When it was done and she step out of the room not even say "take care". She doesn't treat her patients as Human.

I found Rupp condescending, lack of adult explanations, lack of interest in patient communication and with family. She isn't a Breast Surgeon, she's a Specialist in Skin Cancer. A Mastectomy is like a menu item to her. Off with her boob! It's just meat, after all. No respect for this Surgeon. Honestly, she should sick to skin cancer. I had to give her 1* to post, or she would have been a -*****

Thorough, to the point. Did not rush, explained results & options in layman's terms, using diagrams as needed. Did not push one option over another. Personally helped in arranging our next course of action. Would recommend to others without hesitation!
