Dr. Elizabeth N Scheiber, MD

I went to her consultation for the first and last time. I suspected a fungus but didn’t have any ingrown nail. She cut a huge part of my nail because she assumed it was ingrown. My nail wasn’t red or inflamed; it just had a dark spot that she ignored because my nail was painted. The worst part was that when I filed a complaint with the Cleveland Clinic, they told me they didn’t care if patients left a bad review, and the final decision was that they believed this lady that I had an ingrown nail when I never did, and to top it off, I ended up with a bill over $200 to pay. I don’t recommend this lady at all. A horrible experience with her and no support from the institution.

Dr. Elizabeth Scheiber office coordinators Extremely rude and disorganized staff. I called to request an appointment change. Was initially told my son didn't have an appointment that I needed to speak directly with the office, so I stayed on hold for around 30th a. Then someone answered and I asked if I could change to a later time, was put on hold for nearly 15 minutes more, and she never came back. Finally someone else picked up I explained all over again and back on hold. Then came back to say no. What a bloody joke. So disorganized and First Lady very rude. These people do not care about patients. She hung up before I could ask to make a new appointment.

I have been going to Dr. Scheiber now for 3 years. she is extremely knowledgeable.. and will try anything to help. She is kind.. and respectful to her patients. Although my procedure was painful, she explained the needle to numb the area would cause me more pain. She kept apologizing for the pain.. I just love her.. she is concise.. and direct with treatment.. and answers all questions. I highly recommend her.
