Dr. Sergile is an ok provider. Getting prescription refills from her office is a constant nightmare. They won’t respond to the pharmacy so then I have to call the office to get the refill. I leave messages and don’t get responses for days(yes business days) at a time. So, I go days with medication because of this. Frustrating to say the least.

Dr. Sergile and Consuela always take whatever time is needed to cover ALL health issues during my annual physical. Whenever I have had specific issues, they have seen me very timely and, if I needed to be referred, the referral was to a top notch provider. A high-volume practice that makes you feel like their only patient.

I love this Woman; trust her knowledge, her advice and her sincere care and compassion. She stays on top of her game with the latest in meds, procedures, diagnosis, etc. She speaks frankly and truthfully and her bedside manner is hugely appreciated. I never feel rushed and she listens! A dedicated family Woman packed with Class and Intelligence. I feel truly lucky to have her as my PCP.

I just absolutely love her. I've only been with this practice for a short time, but she has blown me away with how she treats her patients. She takes her time and really tries to get all the details, always offering suggestions. Today so many people are just in a rush for everything. Not her it doesn't how long it takes she's in for the long haul

I have been with perimeter family north for 15 years before Dr. Sergile I was a long standing patient of Dr. High . I only alternated between these two doctors. When Dr. High left the practice I started to see Dr. Sergile full time in fact my entire family in Georgia at one time or another has been with Dr. Sergile . All very pleased with her as a Physician.

Dr. Sergile is an excellent physician. Takes her time, listens carefully, makes recommendations, but works well with the person as a "Team." Quite a drive to make my visits but worth the time.
