Worse doctors office staff ever! Love Jenny but the front office staff does not communicate with the back office staff. And the messages cone out with the wrong information..had I listen to them they had instructed me to increase my mom blood pressure medication and not her diabetic medication. Had I given her that dose of the medicine we would have ended up in ER with an over dose...

Until recently I just had blood work done at this office. It was extensive and I was told if I adjusted my income, I would be billed less. I told the truth and received a bill for 1700.00. If I had lied my bill would have been 50.00. When I had a health issue, I spent two weeks making daily phone calls that went unreturned trying to get answers about a test I needed run. When I spoke with her husband/office manager he reassured me he would straighten things out. My husband and I did unfortunately sign up for her program. Its a great talk but no follow through, appointments mistakes that resulted in lost wages, order mix-ups, nothing went right. We pulled out after the first half and received almost half of our money back. Again, another health issue. There was no diagnosis, was told she would do some research. no follow up. I returned the next week again no diagnosis, more research. I did go in for two IV treatments (needed per blood work.) During the second one I asked to speak to… the DR. (Still no diagnosis!) I was told my visit just required a nurse, the Dr didn't usually come in. I was also told that someone had paid a lot of money for a phone conference and she was booked for the rest of the day, if I wanted to talk to the DR I needed to make an appointment to speak with her. Needless to say I won't be returning to this office. The patients are not their first concern, it seems they take your money and run. My only regret is not leaving earlier.

Me and my family had the worst experiences with this practice. Was misdiagnosed several times. Each year they insist on running extremely expensive blood work, much of which is not covered by insurance (and probably isn't even necessary). The worst part, is then they don't actually do anything with the bloodwork or address any issues found in the results. But they tell you that whatever insurance does not cover, you will only have to pay a max of $100, and the rest will be written off. Each year they use a different lab service, so each year you get a bill from a different company (sometimes out of network). Several times we have received bills in well in excess of $100 (sometimes as high as $3,000). Her office is extremely unresponsive and unhelpful, even though they are the ones that make the arrangements with the labs for the billing practices her office employs. Be prepared to be on the hook for huge bills for your bloodwork, and hours of your time trying to resolve billing issues.… This year was the last straw and we have finally found another doctor who is amazing and is finally working with the medical issues that her office misdiagnoes, plus the lab work is a fraction of the cost and covered by insurance. I should never have waited so long to find a new doc!

The absolute worst office I have ever been to. First the office says that I have to make an upfront payment of $150 even though my insurance DOES cover the charge. When I call to get the issue squared away THEY WERE ALREADY AWARE OF THE MISTAKE, I guess contacting me with their realization would have been too difficult to do. So, we decide that they would send me a check for the amount that I paid, ok great the issue should be taken care of right? Nope, after two weeks I still had not received the check, so I called the office again. The issue was not solved and the manager was not in but the receptionist assured me that she would mark the email to her manager as important so that the issue would be squared away, problem solved now? Nope, another week goes by with no check so I call the office AGAIN the receptionist says that the manager is in, great, she transfers me, voicemail. I call back and I am promptly put on hold for 7 minutes. Who answers the phone after? The manager with an… apology about the whole ordeal? Yeah right, instead the receptionist answers with a "He's going to fill out the check today." TODAY. Absolutely unbelievable, I never once spoke with the manager, he never once tried to apologize to me for the events, he never even spoke on the phone with me about it. I will not be going back and if you are considering going here I suggest you find another place.

I seen Dr Seymour for 2 years until I moved to far away. She is very attentive and I just love her. I started taking my mother to her also. The quality is 5 star for sure

I've been a patient there for some time now. I have to say I have seen the decline in this office first hand. I will say I have had billing issues, incorrect rxs, no rx sent over, rude people checking me out. They have recently lost a really an employee that was the most caring, loving, helpful person to the patients. Crystal you will most definitely be missed. As for the office I will/have begun looking for another family practice. It is unfortunately to bad.

I think a lot of the poor reviews are from people who have never actually seen her in her Seymour Results program. Many of her patients suffer from untreated/unresolved mental health problems and are happy to voice their skewed opinion on sites such as this. She is a phenomenal physician! Way ahead of the game in regards to conventional medicine. She has really improved my health and outlook with her knowledge and team approach with me. The program and she was well worth the cost in regards to my health.

I loved Dr. Seymour, then she gradually became less and less available. I went over a year without ever being able to get an appointment with her. I only ever saw her nurse practitioners, who were both absolutely horrible, one consistently misdiagnosed or seemed like she didn't know what she was doing, and the other rushed me out the door. However, her office staff and nurses are positively amazing! It's too bad, I am now changing doctors.
