I was a new patient today. The office staff was friendly and helpful and welcomed me as a new patient. Dr Spiers had time to upgrade my appointment to a full body check. I was completely at ease with her. She explained everything she was doing and made sure to ask if all my questions had been answered. I will be back in a year for a routine checkup. I would recommended this practice to anyone.

dr spiers is amazing. i felt like i've known her ,my whole life. she welcomed me as as a new patient. so refreshing. I was not treated like cattle. ( my mole was nothing) Mary ann, introduced herself and explained my appointment thoroughly. From when mary patricia or mary theresa who took my appt. she was so sweet and caring. Joyce who greeted me with a huge smile... Said she hoped I felt welcomed to the practice but I had to fill out paperwork anyway. While in the waiting room I could hear the staff taking calls. I could hear their worry about getting a particular patient in. Dr spiers CARES!!!!

Dr. Spiers always makes my annual visit a pleasant one. Everything about her office is professional. On time, caring and pleasant staff.

My son was suffering from severe acne. I called every dermatologist in the area. there was a 3 to 6 month wait. Only ONE called me back when there was a cancellation. Dr. Elizabeth Spiers. She was friendly, kind and caring. We were seen within 15 minutes of our appointment. My son's face cleared up within 2 weeks. He is much more confident which, as a mother, makes me happy. Thank you to Dr. Spiers and her compassionate staff!

Dr. Spiers is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. She shows concern about her patients’ well being and feelings. She always has time to answer questions and never rushes a visit. I would highly recommend her.

Went in for a suspicious lesion. She let me decide whether to biopsy or not. Glad I chose to. Melanoma.

I went to Dr. Spiers twice over the last few years worried about hair loss. I have very thick hair so when she could not observe any obvious bald spots or widening of my part, she dismissed with the comment that she wasn't impressed, meaning that she didn't see any reason to pursue the issue. Well, after losing my bangs and seeing dramatic thinning on each side of my scalp, I wised up and booked an appointment down at Penn. They did an immediate scalp biopsy and the diagnosis came back of "frontal fibrosing alopecia". I doubt I can regain what has been lost and now am on a steroidal foam, anti-steroidal oral medication and am poised to begin intra-lesional scalp injections in the hope of stabilizing this serious condition with no guarantees. Don't waste two years like I did and above all, listen to your gut if you really feel something is wrong and seek out a medical professional that will take you seriously. Other than that, never had a problem with her personally, but won't… return.

Did a great job identifying a very small melanoma.

I feel Dr Spiers is a competent and patient friendly doctor. I have never had a problem with the staff or getting an appointment. We need more in the medical field with her caring approach to patients and their problems.
