Dr. Elizabeth Anne Steinhauer, MD

I saw Dr. Steinhauer for three years consistently and recently switched to a provider who is in my insurance network. She helped me with my SSRIs and ADHD medication, trying several types and dosages, always listening to my feedback and experience and providing her expertise.

Dr. Steinhauer is very down to earth, warm, easy to talk to and asks thoughtful questions. I'm so grateful for her support!

I have often been frustrated by experiences with psychiatrists. Dr. Steinhauer is an entirely different story. I went to her specifically because I was looking for someone who knew about women's reproductive health and medication. She worked with my husband and I to make informed decisions about my mental health, medication, and pregnancy. She was open, honest, and supportive. Her expertise along with excellent bedside manner was so appreciated and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of psychiatric services.
