Dr. Elizabeth L Tedman, DDS

Dr. Tedman is proud to be a Kansas dentist. She is a graduate of the Sabetha High School, so Sabetha has been home to her for a long time!  She attended Kansas State University, where she received her B.S. in pre-dentistry in 1986.
After graduating from dental school from Southern Illinois University in 1989, Dr. Tedman completed a year-long residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at UMKC School of Dentistry. 
Proficiency in all areas of general, cosmetic and orthodontic dentistry is important to Dr. Tedman. Therefore she completes over 30 hours in continuing education each year and has taken a particular interest in TMJ treatment and bite discrepancy problems that can cause many patients chronic pain, headaches, tooth sensitivity, gum recession and tooth breakage.
Dr. Tedman is happy to discuss options of anxiety-control for those patients that have an existing fear of dental work. Oral medications as well as nitrous oxide laughing gas are available to help make your …dental experience comfortable.
Dr. Tedman’s staff is extremely competent as well, many times accompanying Dr. Tedman to her various continuing education courses.
Cheryl Arnold, RDH has an extremely gentle touch and many patients have noticed how thoroughly and comfortably she completes the cleaning visits.  Cheryl has worked for Dr. Tedman for ten years and has been a
Registered Dental Hygienist for thirteen.
Kim Chadwell, a KSU graduate with a B.S. in economics, has been Dr. Tedman's office manager for fifteen years.
Whether it's making appointments, submitting insurance claims or offering financial arrangement options, Kim is very efficient in helping serve Dr. Tedman's patients and keeping things organized.
Jill Stahl Severin received her dental assistant training directly from Dr. Tedman and the various dental auxillary courses she has taken.  Jill is a certified Cad/Cam dental assistant, specializing in the E4D technology support to aid Dr. Tedman in porcelain restoration/crown fabrication.  She has been serving as a dental assistant in Dr. Tedman's office for five years.
Though Vickie Lambotte has been working in the office for only 2 years, she is an important support team member,  assisting the doctor chairside, completing labratory duties as well as helping out with the clerical part of the practice.
