Rude and impatient. She shouldn’t be rated as a top doctor if she doesn’t know how to be patient with her patients.

Dr Toh was one of two physicians who treated my acoustic neuroma, the other. being Dr Carols David, also at Lahey. From diagnosis to surgery to follow up she was superb. I note especially her caring manner and her ability to explain complex medical matters well. I have no hesitation in recommending her as a physician and surgeon.

I have been seeing Dr. Toh for the evaluation and treatment of a serious, bilateral sensorineural hearing loss. She performed a cochlear implant on my left ear a few years ago and I do follow up with her and her staff annually. I have found her to be a highly professional, top notch physician with excellent technical skills and a direct, no-nonsense "bedside manner." She is patient and thorough and I have enjoyed my interactions with her.
