Dr. Elizabeth A Trest, DO

She is the worst ob/gyn ever!!!!! I was in labor for 8 hours with my daughter which was plenty of time for Dr. Trest to get there. However she was not present when it was time for me to push my daughter out. She had 8 hours!!!! I was told not to push which was hard because my baby was ready to come on. She was already crowned. Finally she shows up 20 minutes later. As a result my baby was stillborn. She had no heartbeat and wasn’t breathing. It took the hospital 5 whole minutes to get my baby breathing and her heartbeat stabilized. Very unprofessional. All they kept telling me was my baby was fine but any mom would know something is wrong when your baby isn’t crying. Now my daughter suffers from mental disorders when she could have been born anywhere else and would have been ok. If you want a safe delivery for your baby then don’t use Dr. Trest.

She is caring and concerned and very professional. She has delivered both of my babies and did a great job. She is very personal and spends time with you each time addressing your concerns. The wait time is lengthy, but worth the wait.

Dr Trest is a great dr!! Just had a baby and I was very impressed the entire 9 months how caring and concerned she was for me and my sweet baby. She mayb was a bit rushed at times but if I had a question she would gladly discuss it with me. She's the perfect mix of professional/caring. I would highly recommend her.

I recently went to Dr. Trest's office for pain. It was obvious that in order to have full insight an ultrasound would have to be done for an accurate diagnosis. The appointment scheduler felt it was necessary to schedule the appointment on a day the technician was there as well. When I arrived, the front desk asked me for 500.0 towards my deductible and stated that my ultrasound would also require an additional 490.00. I knew that my insurance hadn't been verified based on the information because my deductible is 500.00 and monies had already been paid towards the amount. So I left. I got in my car and I received a phone call from Dr. Trest's office while I was on the phone with the insurance company. The scheduler was asking me to come back because I only needed to pay my 20.00 co-pay. I also told her that ultrasounds, xrays, and labs were covered at a 100 percent. The office manager would not call to verify the information just continuing the appointment so the practice… would get paid from the insurance company for this halfa## medical care. I called the insurance company from my phone showed the doctor I was covered under multiple medical sections. The Dr stated that we won't do the ultrasound unless we know we are getting paid!! She also stated she didn't trust what the insurance company was saying only HER office manager because that's what she did for years before being her office manager. I understand getting paid but WTH did you call me back into the office if you were worried about your money. In addition to scamming the insurance company for a few dollars that day, at your appointment you are called into a office alone and asked a long FBI panel of INTRUSIVE and INVASIVE questions such as your children's name and how old were your family members when they died. I left the appointment ashamed and tired it took my whole afternoon. --needless to say, I went to a very nice practice in the area where the office manager can read and verifies insurance coverage prior to your appointment.

Condescending. Unpredictable personality - sometimes patient & concerned but generally rushed & cold. Appears to care far more about money than people. Very dissatisfied.

This doctor cut my bladder open during a c section I know doctors make mistakes but from the very beginning she made of uncomfortable when time to deliver. After I got the spinal tap I was still nervous and she looked at me and said Oh will somebody sing a song! Then They cut a rock song wide open I was so scared them she but my bladder like an orange so I had to go home with cathedor but was sent home with no antibiotics so i set up an infection i feel like the time to bond with my baby was took from me. I was treated very unfairly. Just do good research before choosing your doctor. Thankfully my lil girl was and is still ok.

I've only been to Dr. Trest for two appointments so I don't know her very well yet but I hope to have her for my doctor for a long time. Dr. Trest and her staff are a very nice a caring group of women. I hadn't been to the doctor for over 20yrs but they made me feel at ease on my first visit. Dr. Trest did surgery on me last week and so far so good! Thanks to Dr. Trest I may get past my fear of going to the doctor.

Most caring loving doctor ever!!! That is why i drive 2 hours to see her

Dr Trest has been my doctor since 1995. I have seen several OB Gyn's over the years,but she is definitely the best there is!!!

Omg can someone please inform me on where Dr. Trest now practices. This is the only ob/gyn that I feel most comfortable with. she is the best doctor that I've had and I hate that I lost her. Help me please!!
