Dr. Elizabeth Jean Warner, MD

I am writing this from first-hand experience to warn any organization considering Elizabeth Warner for a leadership or consulting role. While her resume is padded with every certification and "inspirational" buzzword imaginable, the reality of working under her is a disaster. She is fundamentally incompetent as an executive because she leads entirely with her emotions rather than logic or operational soundess. Instead of providing stable direction, she creates an environment of chaos where turnover is the only constant. You can’t claim to be an expert in "human flourishing" when people are constantly fleeing the departments you manage. Her career history tells the real story: she’s a professional "job hopper" who can’t seem to stay in one place for more than a couple of years. It’s clear she can’t hack it as a practicing physician anymore, which is likely why she’s retreated into the world of executive coaching and public speaking. Real doctors stay in the trenches and care for… patients; she uses the MD title as a branding tool to sell books and "inspirational" speeches that have no basis in the actual day-to-day reality of healthcare. If you want a leader who actually understands how to run a clinic or a hospital, look elsewhere. She is all talk and zero substance. She might be able to win people over in a keynote address, but once she’s actually responsible for clinical excellence or financial stewardship, the cracks show immediately. She is out of her depth, and her track record of short-lived roles proves that she is more interested in her own image than the stability of the organizations she supposedly serves.

Dr Warner is a great Dr, but she isn't at Oshtemo practice & hasn't been for a while

Dr. Warner listens well. She is easy to talk to and very interested in maintaining and improving my health.

Yes, it takes a long time to get into see Dr. Warner as a new patient and yes sometimes there is wait but...you know what...it's worth the wait because she will give you as much time as you need in order to answer questions concerns...she does not have an ego that will prevent her from referring you out if she doesn't have all the answers. I rate Dr. Warner...1st class! on a scale of 1 - 10 she is a 10!
