Dr. Elizabeth Jane Weber, DPM

This review is more for the office rather than Dr. Weber herself who seemed pleasant enough. I went to Dr. Weber for a new pair orthotics. There was a misunderstanding though with my insurance and they had told me they would cover more than what the bill came to. I communicated that to the office on my very first visit that I was waiting on my insurance for more information and gave them the reference number. I continued to get reminder bills and again called my insurance and then the office to provide an update. All of a sudden I get a notice from a collections agency! There was no warning of this coming or another reminder of my bill from the Dr. I ended up having to pay the bill in full and then called the Dr.'s office to ask why they sent me to collections without trying to contact me first. They called me back 2 days later and oddly hung up as soon as I picked up the line then I tried to call them back immediately and left a voicemail and I still have not heard back from the… office! There office was always so difficult to get someone on the phone (maybe 1 out of 10 times I've called to make an appointment or talk about billing someone picked up) so there seems to be a huge communication problem on their end. I can't recommend this office and will NOT be returning!
