Absolutely love Dr Nunez

he's a great doctor I have always had issues with his staff

To begin with, the phone system is abysmal. Trying to get to a person is nearly impossible and once you actually get one, they have no interest in helping you. I had to leave a message when I was having complications with the medication I was prescribed. Once I finally was called back by Gabrielle, she didn't take the time to listen to what I had to say she immediately said "you have to go to the emergency room!" with no explanation. I was unsure that going to the ER was a necessity and confused as to why she would jump to that conclusion from a voicemail. When I finally explained in further detail she condescendingly barked that my symptoms were just leftover from a recent cold. Then she told me just to lower the dosage of the meds. When I asked to speak to the Dr. I was told that he had no time to speak to me because he was with patients. I am also a patient. A patient with alarming side effects that I was not at all well informed of when I was prescribed medication by Dr. Nunez.… Gabrielle treated me with an attitude that fluctuated from one extreme to another, and landed on her implying that I was overreacting. She told me that she would confirm with the doctor that the right course of action was to lower the dosage. When I got a call back later in the day she proclaimed "I was right! we will just lower the dosage". Great. A few days later I was in the Emergency room with severe dizziness, throat constriction and panic. The ER doctor said "Why are you even on this medication? Did you ask for it?" Um no. And if I had been told of the risks I would never have taken it. Over a week later I am still suffering from the side effects. I will never be going back to this practice and I would strongly recommend you don't either.

The Dr. himself is nice, but too busy to able to be able to properly care for his patients. He did not explain all the options and there is very poor communication with Dr., staff and patient. I am looking for someone else.

His appointment time with me was always special and informative. However once he leaves you in the hands of the staff, various, it gets very muddled and he has totally disappointed me as of my last visit. The staff follow up in my case has caused me to leave his practice.

Would never recommend this doctor or office. The staff is incompetent. They don't return phone calls, can't manage to refill prescriptions and are rude. Dr. Nunez spends time, but it is a waste of time. He is most unhelpful. Actually had to ask him to check thyroid..am a thyroid patient. Alarmist who made my life miserable for three years.

His staff are very delayed and forwarding information in a timely manner

Dr Nunez is an incredible caring dr very knowledgeable takes his time explains everything listens to patient staff is excellent also

At this point just met Dr. Nunez at Morristown Memorial. Very clear explaining condition and helpful to understand treatment. Most personable.

His only office is the hospital so get ready for a 150.00 facilities fee to be added on. Not worth it
