She is thorough, and is never in a rush. She will listen and answer your questions and explains in a way. you will understand. She does not talk above you nor put you down. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and responsive. I had a low diabetic episode in the office and Dr. Ebrahim demanded one of he staff to stay with me and monitor me until I felt well and my sugar had come up. She did not leave until I was able to leave of my own acoord and this was near to 6 pm even though the office closed at 5 pm. I never felt pushed nor that they were in a hurry. All I felt was concern and compassion. I have been with Dr. Ebrahim for 8 years now and stay with her even though she is out-of-network. Again, she is highly knowledgeable and professional. If anyone thinks otherwise, it is probably because they are not taking responsibility for themselves and taking a proactive attitude to their health.

Lacks empathy, no bedside manner. Doesn't listen, or inquire. Just a number with a dollar sign attached that needs to be pushed thru as quickly as possible to get to the next. When unable to find a diagnosis, just chalks it up to some stupid response and leaves it there. No referrals to specialists who may actually find the problem. When seen by another doctor, numerous problems were found and was sent to specialists to resolve the issue.
