Dr. Baxter listened to my concerns and clearly explained how long it takes to clear up my symptoms and what treatments were an option. She went over my hearing test results as well.

Dr. Baxter is very kind and patient. Her bedside manner is always wonderful. She is very thorough. I had to have a tumor removed from my neck and the very large incision healed better than I could have ever imagined.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Baxter. She is the most thorough, detail-oriented, empathetic provider I have ever encountered. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and always makes appropriate measures to ensure the patient’s needs are met. I felt well cared-for and heard by this doctor, as past physicians have dismissed me and made me feel burdensome and unimportant. I would strongly recommend this ENT to anyone seeking care in this area as my patient experience could not have been better!

*If you are looking for a review on her knowledge and expertise as a doctor, this is not the right review for you... I didn't make it that far. I was absolutely disgusted with how my appointment with Dr. Baxter went after being highly recommended by my PCP. I ended up in tears right in front of her out of frustration for not being listened to, being told to stop talking, implying I wasn't being truthful, gaslighting, shaming, I could go on. The most unprofessional moment was not warning me the spray she put in my nose would numb my throat and cause swallowing issues (I was there for a deviated septum and dysphasia - trouble swallowing), to then walk out the door and leave me terrified for a few moments as I suddenly felt my throat becoming numb and had trouble swallowing. I am a highly educated, professional woman (with medical background), her condescension was humiliating. Needless to say, I would never allow this woman near my face with a scalpel.
