Navigating through childhood and adolescence can be stressful at times. Dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues and peer pressure can effect their daily functioning. Having more effective coping skills that can help them communicate more effectively and manage the issues they are dealing with can help them maneuver through these difficult times. I can help children and teens develop the skills to manage these challenges.

I have a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Georgia State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been working in the behavioral health field for almost thirty -five years. I primarily work with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD and Eating Disorders. While my main focus is the child and adolescent population, I also see adults interested in learning new ways of looking at their struggles and learning new skills such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
