I would highly recommend Dr. Caringer as she is extremely knowledgeable, kind hearted & thinks outside of the box when it comes to getting to the root cause of whatever problem you may be facing. Having PTSD from a traumatic event, I thought I would have to live with it for the rest of my life. To my surprise, Dr Caringer had me do some sessions of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), to my surprise it worked! She has also worked with my children from a very young age & gave me strategies to apply to my parenting skills to address & curb behavioral & emotional issues my kids were facing. She always does a follow up at the next visit to assess how the strategy worked. Both myself & my kids (now 24 & 21) have benefited greatly from her services!

Between my kids and I, we have seen Dr. Caringer for 15+ years. She is an amazing doctor that works well with children & adults. While working with my kids she takes the time to ask me what is occurring, then meets with my child & advises he/she what is expected of them and then brings me either with my child or without if it is something that they shouldn't hear or a parenting plan to address the issue. While working with me, she listens & can pinpoint what the issue is that is occurring and gives me options on how to deal with my issues.
