Dr. Ellen Elizabeth Claxton, MD

Charged me way too much and misrepresented what fees went with what program and I kept getting surprises with billing. She admitted her website was not clear. She would not answer concerns and questions about drug and supplement interactions even though she told me i could ask her via email. It appeared eventually tbat she did not know the chemistry or the interactions. She minimized side effects and told me they were signs of healing. She seemed spaced out, did not seem to care about my distress, ignored repeated pleas for help online and almost all of her recommendations made me worse. I had to be my own doctor. I am thinking of suing her for malpractice

Dr. Claxton has no experience with men’s hormone replacement therapy. This was evident by ordering my blood tests and forgetting to order testosterone levels. When questioned she placed the revised order. When my blood tests came back showing low zinc levels she failed to notice. Her prescribed vitamin and mineral treatment was ineffective and expensive. She is opposed to testosterone supplements. She has no business treating men.

Avoid at all costs! Unprofessional, demeaning, and rude would be gross understatements to describe this Woman. I refuse to even call her s Dr.
