More concerned about her data and computer charting than working with me. She was rude and irritable and I continued to come to appointments. Never answered my questions or helped me.

Did not listen to my problems. Rude and yelled at me. Gave no assistance in how to move ahead after my TBI.

Terrible bed side manner, inability to converse w tbi patient with appropriate engagement, unprepared, condescending, harsh, seems like she's "going through the motions" and not focused/engaged on my care. Very disturbing to a patient w tbi and central nervous system trauma trying to receive appropriate, specialized and effective treatment.

My migraines are history.

her office secretary was very unpleasant ,was told later he was her husband,and i was so upset cause she was excellant until my husband lost his Mass health and we had no choice but to have Commonwealth Care and she would not except it. As a result had to find another doctor after seeing her for a couple of months .

Dr. Deibert has displayed Neglect & irresponsible behavior, for a traumatic brain injured patient, in a recent workman's compensation case, she acted irresponsible to a out of state patient,after the hardship and pain related to my brain injury I would not recommend Dr. Deibert to my worst enemy

she is very professional and care about her patients. Many times when I am depress she is there to help me through my problems.
