Dr. Ellen Fan, MD

Beware of this doctor's nurse, Toni M at forest manor. She committed one of the worse and most unprofessional actions by lying to Dr. Fan. Dr. fan herself also likes to put words into patient's mouths and does not listen. She failed me as a health professional and despite being corrected by a employee that was a witness to what was said and not said, Dr. Fan proved to be as unprofessional as her lying nurse. It seems these two belong together, both liars and both unprofessional. Complete waste of my time dealing with her and would not even recommend her to my worst enemy! Beware. You are being warned now to avoid Dr. Ellen Fan at all cost and do not allow her to treat you or a family member. We have filed formal complaints with the Medical Review Board and will also file complaints with any and all other organizations possible. I will make it my goal to post my review on every website forum and review board online I can find to hopefully spare others from the horrible experience I had.… Thankfully I realized what kind of a doctor she was after my 2nd appointment and terminated her services and fired her! As for her nurse, Toni M at Forest Manor, she is a lying, worthless drama queen. She had the audacity to lie to Dr. fan and the office manager and claim something was said by me when it was not and was eavesdropping on a conversation my wife was having with me rather than focusing on doing her job! Then the incompetent nurse mis-read my blood pressure twice. I suffer from extremely high blood pressure, something that is well documented for the past year. This nurse tried to say my blood pressure was "normal and great" when it hasn't been "normal and great" or as low as she tried to say it was in almost a year! My wife, who also knows how to read the blood pressure machine, (manual ones, not digital, anyone can read those, LOL) even tried to correct her on the reading and she still wrote the wrong reading on my chart! Completely incompetent and unprofessional! Beware! Something like this could be putting a patient's life at risk. Especially when there have been numerous visits to the ER regarding very high blood pressure and it has been one of the biggest concerns for my previous doctor. I fired Dr. Fan and less than a week later found another doctor and was seen by him just a few days later! Wish I found him sooner but I am happy that I found this out about Dr. Fan and Toni M so I can warn others. Remember, make someone happy, they tell one or two people.... upset them and they tell the world. Get ready Dr. Fan and Toni M for the whole world to hear my cries!
