Dr. Ellen Li, MD

Dr. Li is both knowledgeable and caring. She offered me great medical advice and support while I battled irritable bowel syndrome.

Poorly follows HIIPA, discusses patient information in hallways. Finds patient needs unnecessary. More concerned with saving money. Her husband is president of SB, take what you wish from that. Your feelings are worthless to her, even if you're scared about what may be ailing you. Confrontational, lecturing and controlling. Not informative. Makes you feel bad for your medical needs. Even when she's not your doctor. Wants to get rid of people and make room for those she deems fit. I've been a patient for 7 years at the facility, she told me to go back to primary care after demonstrating like a mime an unnecessary surgery I and no other Dr. had ever discussed. Had to request she leave the room and let me finish my appointment with the Dr. I was supposed to see. Very Grandstanding and difficult to comply with patient's wishes. Would NEVER recommend to patients with sensitive needs.

Sometimes hard to get a call back because every time a call, whichever person I'm looking to speak to usually is unavailable and very hard to receive a prompt call back. Great doctor and extremely knowledgeable staff but that's if you get to speak to you need to or receive a call back!
