Dr. Ellen Weiwen Liang, MD

I scheduled a 11:30am appointment for a renewed prescription for mild cholesterol and at 12:30pm, they continue to tell me that I needed to wait another hour. This is not an isolated incidence. If you're not the first appointment, every visit I make (approximately 5-6x a year), I wait an average of 1 .5 to 2 hrs beyond my appointment time. At worst, I waited 3 hours. This level of customer service and clinical practice managmeent is no longer acceptable in this age of consumerism in health care where a lot of practices are able to run their schedules efficiently.

Their front desk person was very rude, vulgar and low quality. Their attitude was really bad. Every time I have to wait a long time, almost an hour or so, and I still have an appointment. It's very bad!!!

Very bad experiences in this doctor office, front desk ladies so lazy, they don't want to do things for patients at all. Doctor likes money so so so much, doesn't care about patients.

She doesn't take care of her patients. Everyone in my family changed our medical doctor from Ellen liang to other doctors. Don't choose her.

I WAS TREATED WITH DISRESPECT AND I WAS HUMILIATED WHEN TO BEING SEEN THE PA WAS TAKING ONE FOR THE TEAM.WAITED 3 HOURS FOR THAT TREATMENT.

This doctor just wants you money. Worst.

A very busy office and for good reason. They provide excellent medical attention. They provide some out patient services which are very helpful.
