Dr. Ellen Lin, MD

My first visit with Dr. Lin went very well she was extremely knowledge about my condition and recommend several ways to treat me. She made times for me to ask questions and provided answers in ways that were clear and understandable. I immediately felt comfortable with her and her caring nature. I look forward to continuing my journey to a healthy recovery with Dr.Lin and would highly recommend her to others.

Great doctor gets you better and then sends you a letter she wont care for you anymore and doesnt have the gaul to tell you why and instructs her staff to also keep it a secret .then your refills are taken back so she makes you go off of them Cold Turkey..and because she wont see me no other pain mgmt will see me. Not only after 3 weeks and still in withdrawals some but imagine the pain rebound with fibromyalgia and some acute pain also...I dont see how she sleeps at night. As my mom would say "you should be ashamed of yourself "...

the staff don't answer the phone, i was on there 30 min. and they never did. it makes you made waiting, then when they do answer you get put on hold. they need more training on this

Dr. Lin, Do not be fooled by all the rewards on the office walls. Dr. Lin's bed side mannerisms are very dismissive, abrupt, and quick to provide different diagnoses without proper examination of said diagnose. If her perceived treatment does not follow into a "cookie cutter" plan then she will easily withdraw her involvement with trying to problem solve the root of a patient's pain. This reckless fashion of medical treatment particularly when working with patient who has well documented chronic pain issues clearly has high potential to bring serious consequences to a patient. The facility is not sterile for the type of procedures she is performing. She prescribes strong pain medications but again when you don't fit into cookie cutter. She will drop you like a hot potato. She is very irresponsibly with pain medication especially when she tells you, she can't help you. I have supported documentations on my statement. I switched to different pain management doctor and… everything Dr. Lin said she could not do my new pain management Doctor has done. She cause a lot of pain to me. Best advice, research and compare.

Dr. Lin is fantastic, however, the office is very poorly run. It is impossible to get a live human to answer the phone and messages are not returned in a timely manner. As for the patient portal, messages are also not returned or answered 3 to 4 weeks later! My latest appointment wait time was over 4 hours then I saw the doctor for less then 5 minutes! Dr. Lin is a caring, compassionate physician but changes must be made to improve customer service! Yes, patients are your customers!

Dr. Lin has been my pain management specialit for several years. I have the highest praise for her and her staff. I have always been treated with respect and dignity.

Dr. Lin has been a blessing to my husband. He could barely walk when we first saw her. He played 18 holes of golf yesterday. She listens to her patients and treats each person as an individual.
