Dr. Palen is an excellent Provider. Very attententive, as well as, thorough. Dr. Palen listens and not in a rush.

I love Dr Palen, she is straight forward and to the point peppered with a great sense of humor and caring for her patients. She feels more like a friend who is interested in your medical issues then gets to the bottom of it., I love that

Dr. Palen can be arrogant and disrespectful for no reason. That attitude can get in the way of good patient care.

Really listens before making a diagnosis.

Dr Palen is one of the most compassionate doctor's I have ever seen. She truly cares about her patients and makes time to answer all questions. We have been her patients for 13 years and I would not be here today without her guidance and support. When she went into private practice, we made it a point to travel across the city, out of our way, but necessary to stay with her.

I have come to this office for several yrs now. I have an issue that is not going a way. My insurance changed and I feel that because of this I am not getting the care that I should be getting. Its almost as if I am irritating the Dr when I asked questions and complain about my pain that is not going away. I am not a hyperchondriac. I have a real pain and she cant tell me what it is or whats causing it. The way I was treated this week I would hope that she considers that her family or herself could be treated the same way when seen by another provider and I would like to know how that would make her feel.
